Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership Trust (CWPT) operates more than 90 clinics within the UK.
A relatively small facilities team faces the demands of maintaining visibility over not only their nearly 100 buildings, but the independent contractors they manage at each of these sites.
CWPT have used mpro5 to replace many of the functions of their previously overburdened help desk, acting as the glue between their own CAFM system and 125 subcontractors.
Encouraged by the huge increase in efficiency mpro5 has facilitated, they plan to expand the system to manage works including fire safety checks.
